Bow Wow is back with a new album ‘New Jack City II.’  Above is the cover art to Bow Wow’s record, which will drop on March 31st.  He has already released a couple of singles, which has featued Johnta Austin and JD.  Bow Wow has also been spotted hitting the road hard promoting the album.
