Some will call her sellout, but we’ll call her entrepreneur to be fair.  Although there has not been any signs that Avril Lavgine will be releasing a new album or going tour anytime soon, she will be releasing her own fragrance called ‘Black Star.’

Avril Lavgine recently updated her fan by stating, ‘I’m traveling to London next week where I’m about to announce my latest project… my veryfirst fragrance!” Avril blogged on Monday. “I’m really excited and can’t wait to share it with you. It has been a pretty cool experience. It’s so me in a bottle. I love the packaging. The name is Black Star!’

The fragrance will be in stores later this year in 2009.
