For all you music fanatics, every Virgin Megastore in the United States will be closing, including the two infamous ones in Union Square and Times Square.   According to sources, the owners of the real estate that is currently rented to the Megastores would like to collect higher rent.

Anyhow, we will def. miss these stores and their exclusive artist signings, live performances, on-site DJ’s, vinyls and a large international music collection — There is no store like it.   Virgin Megastore is to music, as Starbucks is to coffee enthusiasts.
