It’s been a long time since we’ve heard anything from the Russian-duo, t.a.t.u, but the girls are back.  They will be releasing their 3rd studio album, ‘Happy Smiles,’ later this year.  Snegopady (Snowfalls) is t.a.t.u’s new single and music video.
