After being dropped by her label, Jessica Simpson hasn’t stayed out of the spotlight.  Jessica and her sister Ashlee were recently spotted outside Shine at Beso in Hollywood.  There was a swarm of fans and paparazzi awaiting the two, outside of the venue.
