| BORN HUSSLERS INC. (BHI) INTERVIEW: |
In early July 2006, we had the opportunity to speak with the acclaimed inventors of 'Snap,' Born Husslers Inc. (BHI), to discuss the future and impact of Southern rap, specfically Snap music, their personal lives, and future aspirations in the Hip-Hop game.
| ABOUT BORN HUSSLERS INC. (BHI): |
| K-Rab, Hard Head, Yung J and Skeet make up the musical entity known as BHI. Representing Atlanta and New Orleans, BHI officially formed in early 2005 when all the members went into the studio together for the first time. “When everybody got together, everybody was clicking,” says Skeet who met K-Rab through a family member. “Everybody was similar but brought something different to the table. We were like we have to start a group and everyone started throwing around names right then and there.” BHI signed to Lil’ Jon’s BME Recordings and Warner Bros. Records through K-Rab’s Strictly Bizness Records in early 2006. The highly publicized deal was solidified shortly after K-Rab received worldwide recognition for his ground-breaking instrumental composition of fellow Atlanta based group D4L’s smash record “Laffy Taffy.” As the recognized creator of “snap” music, K-Rab’s unparalleled style of production has ushered in a party sound that innovatively includes percussion finger snaps along with catchy lyrical chants and adlibs. Having a history not only as a producer, but as a hip-hop artist as well, it only made sense that K-Rab‘s first release from Strictly Bizness would be his group, BHI. |

| When did you guys start rapping? |
| BHI: Well, I started rapping since about the time I came to Earth, but I really started rapping at about 1990. |
| Can you describe 'Snap Music' and the whole movement? |
| BHI: Snap music is a rhythm, a different rhythm. It's the old school rap with a new school twist to it. It creates remembrance. It's pretty much something that everyone can get into...and the movement is on! |
| How is BHI different from D4L and Dem Franchize Boyz? |
| BHI: Basically, we try to cover all grounds of it. Trying to reach out there to each and every fan base |

| Are there any collaborations on the album besides Lil' Jon? |
| BHI: Yeah, we got a couple of surprises we're going to pull out of the hat |
| Where do you guys see yourself in 5 years? |
| BHI: Pretty much going platinum and really crossing over. |
| Being from the South, how do you guys feel about Hurricane Katrina? |
| BHI: Well man, basically it hit home. One of our members was from New Orleans so it had a big effect. During that time, we tried to hold everyone together. |
| How did you guys get signed to BME Recordings and Warner Brothers? |
| BHI: Pretty much, they came to the Pool Palace looking for us. That's where it all began, ya' know? It got pretty much hot on the streets so when Jon came home, he was like who were these cats. So it went from there. |
| What advice do you have for aspiring rappers and singers? |
| BHI: Man, really try to be different. Take it upon yourself to go about your music at your own angle. Originality is the best thing ever. |
| Do you guys have any future projects like movies, mixtapes, CD's, concerts, etc? |
| BHI: We have a BHI album coming up and we are pretty much getting ready to open our music store across from the Pool Palace. We're trying to get into the business side of things. |
| Do you guys have any shout-outs? |
| BHI: I want to give a shout-out to all the DJ's, radio personalities, fans, BME, Warner, and Strictly Bizness Records |
